Hey y’all 👋🏼 I’m Jessica or you can call me Jess. I am a mom to my beautiful daughter who recently graduated this past May. I am a veteran and entrepreneur healing from deep childhood trauma, military trauma, MST, and years of living in survival mode from parental wounds they refuse to acknowledge. For a while, I allowed the veteran affairs to dictate my mental health path, after my enlistment but at 37, I’m reclaiming my healing. I’m now seeking EMDR and somatic therapy specifically for trauma. While I search for the right support in my area, I know this group will help regulate my nervous system and keep me grounded.
