I took a walk today and I believe I came across dandelion leaf. I drink loose leaf dandelion tea and buy dandelion in the store to put in my salads. Itโ€™s a great liver detox.

Pine Tree
I came across a pine tree on my walk today. Just a few weeks ago, I learned that you can make soda from the pine needles. You can also steep the needles to make tea. Itโ€™s good for colds. I havenโ€™t tried it, but was happy to learn something new.

10/18-Leaf of the day
This is a Callery pear tree (Pyruscalleryana) also known as a Bradford pear tree. It produces fruit that should not be consumed by humans. Itโ€™s consumed by birds. Itโ€™s known for its offensive odor. However, I didnโ€™t smell a thing lol
