Simple Morning Routine for Sanity ✅
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a little tool that’s helped me survive mornings without losing my mind. It’s not a perfect system, it’s not a medical guide just a flexible checklist you can adapt to your family and energy levels. It’s designed to: - Give you a starting point when mornings feel chaotic - Offer small wins instead of overwhelming “to-do” lists - Be flexible for any number of kids or different ages You can download it here. 💛 Optional: Use it this week and see what actually helps then tweak it for your own family. No judgement, no pressure. Would love to hear: if you try it, what part felt easiest? What part needed adjusting? Drop a quick note in the comments if you want to share.

How to Use This Space
There’s no right way to be here. You can post a lot, post occasionally, or just read along when that’s all you have the energy for. All of that counts. A few ways people tend to use this space: - Share wins or struggles in the weekly check-in - Ask a question when something feels stuck or overwhelming - Read others’ posts and take what’s helpful - Come back later when life settles (or doesn’t) You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be positive. You don’t need to explain yourself. If you’re unsure whether to post something, it probably belongs here. Take what helps. Leave the rest. You’ll find our Community Guidelines in the feed — please have a quick read when you join.

Community Guidelines
This space is built on trust, safety, and shared experience. A few simple guidelines to help keep it that way: - This is a judgement-free space. Everyone’s capacity, kids, and circumstances are different. - Advice is welcome, but not mandatory. Sometimes people just need to be heard. - No shaming, diagnosing, or telling others what they should be doing. - Respect privacy. What’s shared here stays here. - This is peer support, not professional or medical advice. Share what’s helped you, not prescriptions. If something doesn’t sit right, please flag it. The goal is for this space to feel supportive, safe, and human.

Weekly Wins & Struggles
This is our regular check-in space. Share: - one win from the week (tiny absolutely counts), and - one struggle you’re dealing with right now There’s no pressure to have insight, solutions, or a silver lining. Sometimes naming it is enough. Sometimes someone else will have a suggestion. Both are okay here. You can post every week, drop in occasionally, or just read along when that’s all you’ve got capacity for. Be kind to yourself and to each other 💛

Welcome to Unmasked Parenting!
Hey everyone, and welcome 👋 This is a space for parents who are neurodivergent, raising neurodivergent kids, or both — where we can be mute, loud, messy, and everything in between. No toxic positivity here, just real life, real struggles, and real wins. To kick things off, let’s get to know each other a little: - Your name (or nickname if you prefer) - Ages of your kids - One thing that went well for you this week (no matter how small) - One challenge you’ve been dealing with I’ll go first in the comments to show how it works 👇 Feel free to jump in, share, or just read along — whatever works for you. This community is about support, sharing, and learning from each other.

I’ll start 😊 I’m Jess. Mum to four kids, all at very different ages, and I’m a neurodivergent parent just doing my best most days. This week’s win: I noticed a meltdown building and managed to step in early enough to soften the landing. It still wasn’t smooth, but it didn’t turn into full chaos, so I’m counting that as a win. This week’s struggle: juggling completely different needs at once. What works for one kid can unravel another, and by the end of the day my brain is pretty fried. Really glad you’re here. Share as much or as little as feels right 💛
