@Amy Jones I try to keep my cheat meals as healthy as possible and then I allow myself one “sweet treat” after. Usually Those are even on the healthier side but not always. But I limit it to one cookie or one small piece of whatever I’m eating. I do find that I want sweet things during the week but I’ve found ways of doing certain things that helps like sugar free jello! It’s 10 calories.
