I just went into contract on a 26 unit complex in Lexington, Ky! Now the due diligence fun begins 😁

Took awhile but we got it done! This is our second MF building after partnering on a 6 plex earlier this year. Excited to get working on the improvements!

Huge milestone today — we officially locked up a property under contract! 🙌This is exactly what happens when you stick to the strategy, stay persistent, and keep putting in the reps. More details coming soon — but for now, celebrating the win and gearing up for due diligence, operations planning, and investor communication.
