Ai Agent Not Following Up on SMS Messages
@Jorden Williams @Mike Copeland We are having a huge issue with the Ai agents not following up after the Client sends a reply. Is there something new that needs to be added? This just started happening across the board. Please let us know if there is something that can be done. A lot of clients are complaining. Thanks
