Mioplastic
Anyone followed or tried mioplastic method from instagram ? Im doing mewing.world their course in combination with a specialised dental/cranial chiropractor to fix all of the issues and thought maybe to add exercises from her aswell due to her results being pretty awesome . Also ordered the reviv 3 but the fact that i always have to wear it kind of puts me of it .

Is my Palate narrow ?
Hi everyone, I’d like some advice on whether my palate is narrow or normal. Would appreciate any insight. Thanks a lot

@Yakuub A thats usually ehat happens with this types of deviation . Im wondering how reviv will shift this , palatal deviation wise , do you also have a septum thats crooked ? Usually happens aswell when this happens

Interesting , i think in your case then expansion will fix most of the issue then in combination with putting the jaw in place
Reviv
Basically if we have crowding of the teeth or a narrow palate we use reviv and also because our jaw is mostly locked during the day but what if for example when mewing during the day your teeth never touch but are apart , its basically like wearing a mouthguard all day besides when eating or chewing . What would the added value of reviv be then ?

@Santiago Figarola yes but if you do thumbpulling , stretching etc. , have no grinding at night , no crowding and mew mostly withiut closing the teeth or locking the bite , like with an aqualiser then reviv wont change so much right ?
Vertical height
How do you gain vertical height of your molars? If my eye saw correct and the lens of the before and after from op Santiago was correct it looked like he has gained vertical height on his whole posterior palatal bone from his thumbpulling and mouthguard. I’m interested to know if you’ve gained it, how? What exactly does the mouthguard and thumbpulling combination provid besides from transverse dental arch remodelling. Thank you -Dennis

@Santiago Figarola got it , so depends from person to person i guess , some faster some slower and if you use the composite then they wont erupt anymore aswell
Tilted upper teeth
Anyone else has a midline deviation and that one side of the upper teeth is higher then the other ? Causes my right side to not close correctly , how do we fix that ? Reviv ?
