Struggling to raise the back end of the tongue
I’ve been trying to implement correct tongue posture. But I’m having problems with raising the back third. I just can’t get it up and make it stay there. I can get the middle and front easily. Any tips ?

Is my Palate narrow ?
Hi everyone, I’d like some advice on whether my palate is narrow or normal. Would appreciate any insight. Thanks a lot

@Jer Da Yh. The my top nd bottom front teeth don’t line up. The top ones shift slightly to the right. And then it doesn’t line up
