Which one are you?
I feel like a mix of both right now 😅😫 When I'm with my kids I'm feeling too much I cannot think and when I'm alone it's the opposite. Original IG Post

Both depending on day of the week!
Moving forward together 💪 “New Module” out now✨💖
Beautiful souls 🙌 Following up on my last post about the freeze response - I want to be transparent about how this is showing up in my leadership of this space. I’ve been hesitating to release our next module because I don’t know exactly where each of you are in your journey. Without direct contact with every single person, I’ve been frozen by questions like: 🤔 Is the content digestible or overwhelming? 🤔 Are you ready for the next steps? 🤔 Should I slow down or speed up? But here’s what I’m learning: sometimes moving forward imperfectly is better than staying frozen in perfectionism. I need your help to understand: ❤️ Where are you currently in the course material? ❤️ What pace feels sustainable for you? ❤️ Are you feeling supported or do you need more guidance? ❤️ Would you prefer content released weekly, bi-weekly, or at your own pace? Our next module “Releasing Shame and Guilt” is available NOW. This deep work focuses on letting go of what no longer serves us so we can step fully into our power. I’m also exploring ways to better support our growing community: 📞 Monthly group coaching calls 💬 A private forum for peer support 📋 More frequent check-ins from me 📚 Resource libraries you can access anytime Your feedback will help shape how we move forward together. Remember, we’re all learning - including me - and that’s exactly as it should be. Thank you for your patience as I navigate leading this beautiful, growing sisterhood. Your presence here matters more than you know. With courage and connection, Melissa P.S. - If “Releasing Shame and Guilt” feels like exactly what you need right now, let me know. I might just release it today instead of waiting until Thursday. 😉

To every woman raising children, caring for aging parents, or supporting sick family members, WHILE juggling endless responsibilities - this is for you 🫶 We carry such a heavy responsibility, and it feels inhumane to call it a burden.. Calling loved ones a burden?!?! 👍 👎 🤷‍♀️ @Jenny Yu left a post in this community that has stuck with me ever since 🙌 I'll link it below in the comments 🔸 We as women, carry the majority of unpaid caregiving work worldwide 🔸 It's consuming ALL our time, leaving no space for paid opportunities or self-care 🔸 We're caught in an impossible cycle - too busy caring to earn, too guilty to prioritize ourselves 🔸 The stress is literally affecting our health 🔸 Feeling invisible in a world that doesn't value this essential work 🔸 Financial insecurity becomes our constant companion ... what I feel... it IS IN FACT a burden but also a blessing at the same time (like so many things in life) You need to know ... you are NOT alone in this. Your struggles are absolutely valid. Your exhaustion is real. And your desire for both purpose AND financial stability doesn't make you selfish - it makes you human. 🌸 Me: I'm a mom of two with aging parents on both sides, so I'm living this reality right alongside you. I've been thinking about how we can support each other better and create opportunities that work WITH our caregiving responsibilities, not against them. LET'S START A CONVERSATION: 👇 Comment below: What's the HARDEST part of your caregiving journey right now? Plus ✨I have a project 🤩 I believe you deserve to be SEEN AND PAID for what you do. And if you're interested in exploring ways to create income around your existing life (not adding more to your plate, but monetizing what you're already passionate about or doing daily), send me a message. I'd love to start a course about turning your everyday experiences into a sustainable side business. Remember: Your care work has immense value. You deserve support, recognition, and financial freedom too.

🔥 "Why 'Becoming Your Best Self' Might Be Keeping You Stuck" Pdf 📄
The constant push to “improve” can actually disconnect us from ourselves. When we’re always chasing a more productive, prettier, more ‘put-together’ version of ourselves, we often bypass the deeper inner work 🙌 So, just a gentle reminder: Becoming your best self isn’t about fixing who you are — it’s about returning to the raw, honest version of yourself you’ve been taught to hide. Next time you feel like you have to push harder, be better, or do more keep this in mind. I know that space — because I’ve lived in it. Maybe becoming your best self isn’t about doing more. Maybe it’s about listening more deeply. ✨ You can download it ❤️ here

She is the Moss Rose
Being feminine in life is much like this little flower. She wakes each day to the sun, not knowing if the world will be gentle or harsh — but she opens anyway. Her petals are soft, yet her roots run deep. She has faced the heat, the dry days, and still, she chooses to bloom. Femininity is this quiet bravery. It’s the grace to remain kind when life feels unkind. It’s the strength to keep your colors bright when the world tries to fade you. It’s knowing you can be gentle without being fragile, and strong without losing your tenderness. Like the moss rose, you take up your place in the garden of life. You carry beauty, warmth, and a piece of sunlight for everyone who passes by. And even on the hardest days, you remember — you were made to bloom. To everyone in this group, May our femininity be like the moss rose — bright in every season, gentle yet unshakable, and always blooming in your own beautiful way. May you carry joy in your colors, courage in your roots, and love in every petal you share with the world. Alyssa🌸
