"Unsolvable" Problems 😥 Here's What Actually Works (Science-Backed)
Ever notice how your biggest breakthroughs happen in the shower, not at your desk? There's actual science behind this, and it's called the "bed, bath, and bus" experience... something I learned studying psychology that completely changed how I approach problem-solving. Here's what happens: when you're forcing yourself to figure something out, your brain is in this intense, focused state. But the magic actually happens when you step away and do something completely mindless... taking a bath, going for a walk, emptying the dishwasher, or yes, even having a quick orgasm (one of my personal favorite ways to recalibrate when I'm stuck 😉). Your brain shifts into what's called a "diffuse mode," and suddenly those "aha" insights just... arrive. This is feminine power in action. Our power unfolds when we stop forcing. When we trust the process. When we create space instead of pushing harder. This whole concept of stepping back and trusting... it's at the heart of what we do in the Feminine Embodiment Program. Learning to trust your intuition, letting go of what you can't change, balancing that feminine and masculine energy. (And if you're realizing you have a pattern of always forcing and never allowing? The Shadow Work Challenge coming up is for you.) So here's what to do next time you're stuck: Think of a problem you're dealing with right now (or the next time one comes up): 1. 📝 Write it down. Get it out of your head and onto paper. 2. 🙌 Let it be. Create distance between you and the problem. 3. 🫥 Step away completely. Depending on how big the problem is, you might need an hour, a day, or even a week. 4. ♾️ Do something mindless. Let your brain relax and wander. 5. 🌱 Come back to it with a fresh, relaxed mind. Let's share some stories.. Can you remember a time when this actually happened to you? When the solution showed up the moment you stopped trying?

The Real Art of “Receiving” - Hard Truth 💔
You know those moments when you: • Deflect compliments with "Oh, this old thing?" • Say "I'm fine, I don't need help" while drowning • Feel guilty when good things happen to you • Turn down opportunities because "I'm not ready yet" • Feel uncomfortable when someone pays for dinner • Brush off praise with "It was nothing" or "Anyone could do it" • Reject support then burn out trying to do everything alone This isn't about being humble. This isn't about being independent. This is about SELF-WORTH Here's what I've discovered after watching countless women (myself included) become masters at pushing away exactly what they're hoping for: Every time you reject what's being offered, you're reinforcing a belief. "I don't deserve this." "There must be a catch." "I haven't earned it yet." So you deflect the compliment. Refuse the help. Decline the opportunity. And then wonder why good things feel so hard to come by. Let's talk about where this really shows up 👀 💋 With compliments: Someone says you're talented and you immediately list your flaws. They admire your success and you credit luck. They appreciate your beauty and you point out your imperfections. You're literally training people to stop seeing your worth. 🤝 With help: You're overwhelmed but say "I've got it handled." Friends offer support and you insist you're fine. Colleagues want to assist and you worry you'll owe them. Then you wonder why you feel so alone in your struggles. ✨ With opportunities: The promotion comes and you think "They must be desperate." The invitation arrives and you assume they needed to fill a spot. The partnership offer lands and you question their motives. You're rejecting your own expansion before it even begins. 💰 With abundance: Money feels uncomfortable. Success feels undeserved. Recognition feels wrong. Love feels too good to be true. You're literally allergic to receiving what you've been working toward. ⚠️⚠️Here's what's really happening ⚠️⚠️ You've convinced yourself that rejecting good things makes you humble. But it's actually self-sabotage.

@Karen Anne Perumal I completely understand this feeling. I've been there too - doing things for someone I cared about.... that I didn't even want to do, only to have it thrown back in my face later ... as if I was the one using them. It's so painful when your genuine intention to help gets twisted into something selfish. Your awareness of this pattern is already a huge step. You're not selfish for being cautious about receiving - you're protecting yourself based on real experiences. This is exactly why I share posts like this - so you have clarity that you don't need to feel guilty about these situations. You're just doing your best to make people happy, and how others respond is their responsibility. ❤️

@Raeesa Barker you're welcome... this is One we need to be reminded of daily ❤️😅
Heres to you.!!
I dont think its all about success in the long run but about the long and arduous journey it took to get to this point of ones evolution. All the struggles, shifts, loss and heartbreak along the way of becoming. How a lot of us have been forged in the fires of hell. Success is merely the cherry on the cake. Its the journey. Celebrate every milestone achieved and pause to give yourself the love you so richly.deserve. Celebrate yourself!! You doing the unthinkable. Coming back home to you. For those in the process of transition and recalibration I feel you!!💗 Thank you Melissa.for sharing your gifts.💗

Thank you for these beautiful words ❤️ and the reminder that life sometimes can feel like a constant recalibration, esp today when everything is changing at high-speed... Creative problem- solving is one of our highest gifts, when we learn totrust and tap into this everything becomes easy 🙌 that's one of the biggest reasons why I created the embodiment program ✨
