HI All... I've been on boarded for the Service Accommodation programme by Sam Appleby... and looking forward to meeting you all soon.

Had our final meeting today to agree all costs, contract set up, project duration between ourselves and a new JV partner, to enable us to build 2 No 2 bed and 1 No 3 bed houses. We start work in the next couple of weeks, with final submission of planing conditions, and start work on procurement. We will be signing all contracts on the 28th to start works together. This will be our first JV development, also have our own 3 bed new build purchase being finalised shortly, a couple of issues to resolve on enviro and covenants, but fingers crossed, once sorted we can complete with works on site starting early next year. Also had a meeting with our Architect today for the planing application for 2 FOG apartments at the rear of our existing apartments carpark, so planning will be going in for this within the month or so. So all guns blazing, going to be busy time.

What have I achieved this week! This week has been all about prepping, planning, and powering up for my next big event! As the Events & Academy Manager, you are never not busy even when you don’t have your own event to run and new people to meet. So what have I been up to this week: Reaching out and catching up with my amazing Academy members (seriously, you’re all smashing it!) Reaching out and speaking to all my Bootcamp attendees, so excited to put faces to voice next week. Getting everything lined up behind the scenes for my next event – full of value, energy, and maybe a few surprises Marking off the to-do list because let’s face it… there is nothing more satisfying then getting those jobs marked off.
