Hi everyone! I was guided to host a virtual Automatic Writing Workshop, and before setting a date I’d love to take a quick pulse from our community. The workshop would be live online (approximately 90 minutes / 1.5 hours) and includes a guided meditation followed by a progression into automatic writing, where we gently practice opening the channel and allowing messages to flow. Automatic writing is very similar to meditation and receiving intuitive information, but with a bit more structure. Instead of simply receiving insights internally, we move into a guided meditative state and then allow the messages to flow through the pen onto paper (or laptop). For many people, this becomes a beautiful way to connect with their Higher Self - the deeper, wiser part of you that already holds insight, clarity, and guidance. I’ll guide the meditation and help create the energetic space, while you’ll have your tools ready to communicate.
