I’d like to start with a couple properties close to me (San Antonio, TX) that cash flow in 6 months or less. After I have some experience as a host, I’d like to acquire unique stay properties and properties for groups with amenities that guests want. I need help figuring out how to run and analyze the numbers so I can pick a good property to launch an Airbnb.

Is the title of the property important? How can the things customers read affect booking rates or the likeliness of them checking out your property?

Pool table
I was thinking of putting a pool table to fill this extra room. Do you find people actually like that? I am looking for ideas for a 2nd living space on a budget. Thank you!

That is good to know about pool tables. I was curious about the combos that have the pool, ping-pong, and air hockey table all in one and some even have a kitchen table top so you can use it as additional seating for eating.
