VRBO instant book?
Do you guys have VRBO on instant book considering they don't vet the client's like airbnb?

@Ryan Behm that’s what I thought. I will kept VRBO on instant book but I think will use truvi for direct bookings and booking.com those 2 seem to be the most problematic.

Direct Booking Website Builder recommendations please?
Can anyone recommend a good website builder that is not part of a PMS. I tried a few and I find the are too generic and have no style. I have been thinking of using squarespace but wondering if there is anything better? I want to make my own STR direct booking site. Thank you!

New home purchase :)
Good morning, I am purchasing a new home for my next airbnb. I was wondering if you could buy what would be the best yields. 2/2 3/2 or 3/2 with garage? I trying to get the best bang for my dollars. I have a 2/2 it's doing very well.

@Ryan Behm thank you!!! That’s what I was also thinking. The numbers were showing that when I was analyzing the bookings on Airbnb.

Nobody is booking ahead of time!
My Airbnb gets booked 1 month ahead of time…is that the norm these days?

@Ryan BehmI think people have caught on it's a cheaper rate if you book 2 days before...I know that's what I do when I travel.
