Loan or Interest Free Credit Cards

Hey Guys, using the rental arbitrage method, which method of funding start up is better. Considering estimated rent is $2500-2700 single family home. A loan offers more flexibility but my business isnt cash flowing yet so im trying to weigh my options. Thank You.
