Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized I spotted different learning styles in all six of my kids years before I ever saw it in myself. Spent decades being called lazy for something that actually had a name the whole time. Starting to understand why "just get started" never worked, and it isn't a character flaw.

Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized something wild: what I've been calling "laziness" for years is actually my brain protecting me from the dread of getting it wrong again. The TV isn't avoidance. It's the one place I can't make another wrong decision. ( from the ai platform it prompted me to post and since it was pretty spot on I am posting it lol) Thank you for all who have helped me to get here 🙏🏽
