Nutrition Rules!!!
Hey Ryan! Thank you so much for laying all of that out in the classroom so simply!!! Last summer I got rid of all the processed foods from my diet. (It was a slow and messy transition) but once I got there magic happened! I started shedding fat and my energy was through the rough! Unfortunately, slowly I built back bad habit but I'm ready to get back to it and that "course" was the spark I needed to remind me how simple it was! (Not easy, but simple!) Thank you!

I really love that you cut out all processed foods and noticed such big changes! They are so terrible for you. I've never done this (though, I try not to eat terribly, I'm not strict about it by any means these days) but I think about it all the time and I'm so inspired by your results! Do you have any tips to make the switch from not really being careful to cutting them all out easier? I'm heading over to the classroom now to take a look at the course you mention!

Easy workout from home?
So I have had a killer migraine the last 4 days. The only thing I have been able to do was pace around the house. Is there another easy thing I could slip in that doesn't involve like bending over? We have weights at home but bending down makes me Uber dizzy.

That sounds awful! I am a migraine sufferer too - I commend you for still wanting to work out while experiencing one because I'm not good for much during the worst of it. Hope you're feeling better soon. I'm following for the answer for myself as well.
