Two questions!
1. Considering switching back to sema from tirz due to injection site welts, currently at 6mg dose for tirz. Would I want to start at the 0.25 starting dose for Sema? 2. Anyone have any insight on peps for endometriosis? Thinking like KPV for inflammation side of things?

I would highly recommend Reta vs either of the others. Reta has fewer side effects and can also help with general inflammation. I was on sema for a short time…severe nausea and I plateaud very quickly. Proper nutrition is super important, especially while on the GLPs, so I didn’t think just not eating due to nausea was a healthy option. My personal opinion. Tara just recommended KPV to me to run a cycle without doing other peptides for inflammation and immunity for a histamine allergy issue. Sorry I don’t know enough about endometriosis but I have heard about studies with peptides.

That’s great! I believe you would basically start over dose wise when restarting the sema and start from scratch. You may tolerate it to move up quicker this time though. Sometimes those darn welts, lumps and bumps can last for weeks. I am not aware of anything that makes them go away. I use Klow for all things recovery, injury and skin related.
New allergic reaction
Sometimes I am experiencing an allergic reaction that is histamine related. Within minutes of an injection I get a tingly tongue, itchy hands, itchy crotch, itchy feet, hives on my abdomen; in that order. When I say itchy, I would like to use sandpaper to scratch my hands and feet. This process lasts 30 minutes. I can almost time it. Sometimes with this I get nausea and tiredness that lasts 5 minutes and I literally have to lay on the floor until it subsides. This happened to me with plain BPC-157 but I can take GLOW & KLOW without an issue. I’ve done two cycles of Tesamorelin, but when I went to start it again last week, on day 2 and 3, I had this allergic reaction. Thoughts why this is happening now and didn’t before? Any thoughts or experience with how to fix it lol? Thank you!

@Pam Hess this happened to me once with straight BPC-157, once with Wolverine BPC-157 / TB-500, then 2 days in a row with Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin. It was pretty scary the first time but did go away in about 30 minutes every time. Now it is frustrating as to the why (Tara explained it well scientifically for me) and just bothersome. I’ve taken prescriptions that have longer term, bigger, life affecting, side effects and my opinion is I’d rather find a peptide if possible than take a prescription now that I know about peptides and aminos. I have way better general health at 53 than I’ve had in a long time thanks to peptides and people like Tara. Even according to my regular PCP doctor, bloodwork, heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, body weight, fat percentage and muscle mass, I’ve never been on better shape. I’m hoping that I’m fighting against the clock! Research time and a few little ‘issues’ that happen along the way while being my own lab rat are worth it so far in my physical body and my mind. 😊

@Pam Hess I’ve taken Tesa/ipa two times in cycle before this with absolutely no problems and super significant and great results. For midsection and visceral fat there’s nothing better in my opinion. I just started the fat blaster so I don’t have an opinion on that. For information sake, since last April I’ve gone from 31% body fat to 17% body fat. I still take BPC within the Klow so I’m good there also. It’s probably just my body saying to take a minute and fix the DNA and inflammation/histamine issue. Once I do Tara’s recommendation of a KPV ‘cleanse’, I will be trying Tesa again. It’s that good! I also just cycled off of ipa/cjac so that probably had my GH up, contributing to the problem.
Tesa or ipa?
Or blend? I am at a weight i am happy with (wouldn’t mind five or so more pounds) but it’s the stubborn belly fat I can’t seem to ever get rid of. Would love to hear you ladies experiences with one or the other as I’m not sure what I want to order! Thx!!

Every who’s who that is a trusted source whom I listen to as far as podcasts and take recommendations and education from, typically recommend the blend of the 2. Some people can lose some muscle as well as retain water on Tesa. Ipa helps keep/build muscle.
Want to let you know that I will be out of pocket starting tomorrow!
Hi Ladies! I am going to keep it real with you on this post! I am going in for surgery tomorrow to fix and encapsulation on one of my breast implants. I've been putting this off, but I really need to do this! So I will be out of pocket the next few days (starting tomorrow) as I get through the hardest part of the recovery process. So... I'm not ignoring you, I just might be medicated lol. I have my "healing protocol" ready to go with my peptides and red light therapy etc. I will keep everyone updated on that (maybe a future podcast episode 🤔). Speaking of the podcast, I am running behind this week but hope to have one posted this afternoon!

Ss-31
Not loving SS-31. Started it after a cycle of MOTS-C. Is it me or what can I plan for next round in hopes of a better experience? On week 3 of 8 - so maybe it takes a minute to do its thing. Current: - built up to 1.5mg 5/2 - week 2 fatigued & brain fog - week 3 (now) less fatigue, no brain fog … - Added NAD (small doses) to help balance energy - Also on 5a1mq (week 5 of 8) - Taking break fr glutathione (to avoid antioxidant overload) - Add in 50 units of Lipo-c a couple times a week for good measure;) I thought this was a good plan after completing a successful few weeks on MOTS. But …. My plan was to run SS31 twice a year. Any suggestions from experienced researchers for what to pair it with next time for an improved experience? TIA y’all!

So I’ve been on a cycle of it and haven’t really noticed any difference in anything. BUT now that you mention brain fog lol…I have it. Maybe that’s what it’s from! No effect on my energy. I didn’t have a change in energy from MOTS-C either though.
