Two questions!
1. Considering switching back to sema from tirz due to injection site welts, currently at 6mg dose for tirz. Would I want to start at the 0.25 starting dose for Sema? 2. Anyone have any insight on peps for endometriosis? Thinking like KPV for inflammation side of things?

@Tara West also considered that maybe the KPV would also help with the welts but wasn’t sure 🤷‍♀️

@Tara West thank you so much!
Supplement & Glutathione
On one of Tara’s podcasts, she mentioned a supplement she takes to help peptides work better? Does anyone remember or know what that is? Second, has anyone had good results with glutathione?

I believe it’s vitamin c, that’s what I took with my glutathione and had great results
Disposable syringes or peptide pen?
I’m on the fence about buying a peptide auto pen versus the regular old insulin syringes. I see so many ads from people talking up the pens, but since they are selling them it’s hard to know how realistic they are. Does anyone have experiences they can share (good and bad) with upgrading to an auto pen?

@Erin Pascale yes! My local Walmart has them along with Amazon!

Blue box of pen needles is from Walmart, pink box is Amazon. I have my alcohol swabs and tips on one side. Then my pens on the other. Hot pink is tirz, rose gold is ipa, gold is ghk-cu, and the blue is my husbands. I got this holder from them too and keep the entire thing in the fridge. I use the little dot stickers to label dose on each.
Pain Free Fat Blaster Lipo-C!
Hi all! I just did my first day of Lipo-C and was so nervous after everything I had been hearing on here about how painful it was. I have to tell you it was 100% pain free for me! I did an IM injection with the needles @Tara West suggested in the upper side glute (love handle area) and I felt nothing. I had TONS of energy and felt GREAT! I am really excited about this one! I know so many people are worried about the IM glute injections and I really was too before I did them. I think there is something about the needle size, location and even the name IM that our brains just don’t love but I promise you that once you do it you will be so so glad you did. I am so thankful I pushed through the fear and did it! I use the same needles and location for testosterone injections and never have lumps or pain with those either! Would encourage anyone on the fence about The Peptiques Lipo-C to definitely give it a try with this method! Will link the needles I use per Tara’s recommendation https://a.co/d/hpG0479

Yes! I could’ve written this myself, I’ve been holding out on glutathione because I was scared of IM. I started last week and it went great!
Pen needle sizes?
What’s everyone’s favorite size for pen needles? I got 4mm because that was googles recommendation and the easiest accessible (Walmart), however I’ve been getting bumps/welts from peps that didn’t previously cause them. The pens came with a 6, 8, and 10mm to try, but when I Google it they say that’s too deep, but I’m feeling like that may help? What’s everyone’s experience?
