Who Is Coming to Tomorrow’s Masterclass
Good morning! Checking to see who is coming to tomorrow’s Masterclass. I want to do something a little different but need to know who’s planning to come.

Depending on what time they give us to be at closing, I'm hoping to make it.

Start Your Week with a Plan—Stay Focused & Take Action
A new week brings new opportunities—but only if you show up with a plan. Distractions will come. Social media, emails, phone calls, and life’s chaos will try to pull you off track. But success doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you get intentional. Here’s how to set yourself up to win this week: ✅ Identify Your Top 3 Money-Making Tasks. What are three revenue-generating activities you need to start or complete this week? Prioritize the tasks that will move the needle in your business. ✅ Dedicate 90 Minutes to 2 Hours of Focused Work Per Day. Choose a time when you’re at your peak creativity and energy—free from distractions. No phone calls. No scrolling. No interruptions. Just focused execution. ✅ Make Your Top 10 List. Who are the 10 people you need to connect with daily? Clients, prospects, referrals—anyone who needs a touchpoint. Business grows through relationships and consistency. 🚀 Without a vision, you will fail. Stay focused. Show up on a mission. Be intentional with your time, your energy, and your actions. This week is yours for the taking—now go make it happen. 💪 Drop a 🔥 if you’re committed to showing up and taking action this week!

@Jr Spear I’m in building mode for this now. I just have to get through all the overcommitments I made for March!
Step Boldly Into Who You Were Called to Be
Have you ever felt like something was missing? Like you were doing all the right things, chasing success, working hard, yet there was still a void? For years, I felt that too. I built businesses, led teams, and worked with incredible people, yet deep down, I wasn’t fully stepping into the person God called me to be. I was afraid. Afraid of what people would think. Afraid of losing clients. Afraid of failing. I questioned myself constantly: ❌ Will I push people away if I share my faith? ❌ Who am I to speak on this when I’m still figuring things out myself? ❌ What if I lose everything I’ve worked so hard for? But let me tell you what I’ve learned—the moment you stop hiding, the moment you step out in faith, that’s when everything changes. Yesterday, at the BLN Entrepreneur Summit in DC, I spoke about authenticity—and I could feel the weight lift from people’s shoulders as they realized they weren’t alone in this battle. So many entrepreneurs wake up one day feeling burnt out, tired, and disconnected from their purpose. The passion they once had fades, and they wonder why they’re even doing what they’re doing. If you’ve been feeling that, it’s not by accident. It’s a call to recalibrate. To realign with the vision God gave you. To stop trying to fit in and start boldly stepping into who you were created to be. Here’s how: 🔥 1. Get Clear on Your Vision Without a vision, you will fail. God didn’t put you here to simply “get by.” He gave you a purpose, a mission, a calling. But you have to get clear on where He’s leading you. 🔥 2. Know Who You’re Called to Serve Not everyone is meant to walk with you. If you try to help everyone, you’ll serve no one effectively. Get laser-focused on who God has placed in your path and serve them with excellence. 🔥 3. Define Your Non-Negotiables What are the things you refuse to sacrifice? Your faith, family, time, freedom, health? When you don’t set boundaries, you end up making compromises that pull you away from your purpose.

@Jr Spear how should I know? If I knew, I’d unblock it. Whatever it is, I definitely feel it. There’s definitely something that needs unpacked or addressed.

@Jr Spear if we’re working down a ladder, are we starting with my biggest vision or my immediate vision?
Be Do Have
Zig Ziglar was one of my favorite speakers. He spoke about Be Do Have all the time because it is a framework for life transformation. The following once again is based on Sahil Bloom's newsletter this week. The traditional line of thinking is Have, Do, Be: - I need to have X. - Then I can do Y. - Then I will be Z. A classic example: I need to HAVE more money, then I can DO the things I want, then I'll BE fulfilled. The reality: The conditional approach—if I have X, then I'll be Y—never works. Be, Do, Have flips this traditional thinking on its head: - I will be Z. - Then I can do Y. - Then I will have X. In the context of our example: I will embody and BE a fulfilled person, then I can DO the actions of a fulfilled person, then I will HAVE the things I desire. This model focuses on the internal, rather than the external, and centers on your identity in the present, rather than placing it in the future. It is a reminder of your control over your world. It brings to mind one of my favorite quotes: "Don’t waste your time chasing butterflies. Mend your garden, and the butterflies will come." - Mario Quintana Something I’ve come to believe: The things you want most in life will come to you, but only when you’re ready for them. You must BE, before you can DO, and you must DO, before you can HAVE, thus: Mend your garden and the butterflies will come, ie. BE a gardener, DO the mending, HAVE the butterflies arrive in your garden.
