Step Boldly Into Who You Were Called to Be
Have you ever felt like something was missing? Like you were doing all the right things, chasing success, working hard, yet there was still a void? For years, I felt that too. I built businesses, led teams, and worked with incredible people, yet deep down, I wasn’t fully stepping into the person God called me to be. I was afraid. Afraid of what people would think. Afraid of losing clients. Afraid of failing. I questioned myself constantly: ❌ Will I push people away if I share my faith? ❌ Who am I to speak on this when I’m still figuring things out myself? ❌ What if I lose everything I’ve worked so hard for? But let me tell you what I’ve learned—the moment you stop hiding, the moment you step out in faith, that’s when everything changes. Yesterday, at the BLN Entrepreneur Summit in DC, I spoke about authenticity—and I could feel the weight lift from people’s shoulders as they realized they weren’t alone in this battle. So many entrepreneurs wake up one day feeling burnt out, tired, and disconnected from their purpose. The passion they once had fades, and they wonder why they’re even doing what they’re doing. If you’ve been feeling that, it’s not by accident. It’s a call to recalibrate. To realign with the vision God gave you. To stop trying to fit in and start boldly stepping into who you were created to be. Here’s how: 🔥 1. Get Clear on Your Vision Without a vision, you will fail. God didn’t put you here to simply “get by.” He gave you a purpose, a mission, a calling. But you have to get clear on where He’s leading you. 🔥 2. Know Who You’re Called to Serve Not everyone is meant to walk with you. If you try to help everyone, you’ll serve no one effectively. Get laser-focused on who God has placed in your path and serve them with excellence. 🔥 3. Define Your Non-Negotiables What are the things you refuse to sacrifice? Your faith, family, time, freedom, health? When you don’t set boundaries, you end up making compromises that pull you away from your purpose.
