Happy Saturday, JOY Project 💛
I want to let you in on something early… because this matters. Over the next few days, you’re going to start seeing a shift in here. By Wednesday, we’re aligning around a new shared focus: 👉 One Joyful Text a Day. One message. One moment of connection. One simple way to bring more joy into someone else’s life. That’s it. No overwhelm. No complicated system. Just a daily practice that anyone can do… and everyone can feel. This is becoming the mission of The JOY Project. Not just talking about joy… But actively creating it. Every single day. On Wednesday, I’ll invite you to take a simple pledge: To send one joyful text each day. To someone in your life who might need it… or simply deserves it. Between now and then, I’m going to start sharing more - why this matters, what I’ve been seeing, and how powerful something this small can be. For today, just sit with this: 💬 Who is someone you could send a kind, unexpected message to? No pressure to act yet… just notice what comes up. We’re building something really special here. And I’m so glad you’re part of it. 💛

I am in and excited to be a part of sprinkling joy!
Today’s Joy Experiment: Micro, Not Massive
What’s one tiny moment you can create today that feels… good? Not impressive. Not productive. Just good. Try one: - Send a voice note instead of a text - Step outside and look up for 30 seconds - Tell someone what you appreciate about them - Laugh at something dumb (bonus points if it’s your own joke) Then come back and tell us: 👉 What did you notice? 👉 Did your energy shift… even a little? Because joy doesn’t need an hour. It just needs a moment you don’t rush past.

Joy-Filled Sunday
Joy check. He is risen. Today, for many of us, is Easter. A day that holds so much… Hope. Renewal. Grace. New life. And joy. Not the loud, surface-level kind. The deep, steady kind. The kind that says… Even after the hard seasons, even after the waiting, even after the unknown… Light returns. Life rises. Love wins. And maybe that’s the invitation today. Not to force joy. Not to perform it. But to receive it. To notice it in the little things… A quiet moment A shared meal A feeling of peace A sense that something new is beginning Joy doesn’t always arrive all at once. Sometimes it rises. Gently. Faithfully. Right on time. 👇 Joy prompt: Where are you noticing new life, hope, or renewal in your world today? Let’s share it. Let’s celebrate it. ✨

Joy check. What if joy had macros?
Stay with me on this… We talk about macros with food. Protein. Carbs. Fats. What if joy worked the same way? Not random. Not something we wait for. Something we can actually build. I’ve been playing with this idea of the 3 macros of joy: • Noticing - catching the small, good moments that are already there • Allowing - actually letting yourself feel them (we skip this one a lot) • Sharing - bringing others into it, because joy expands in community I’m still exploring this… but it feels interesting. Because most of us aren’t lacking joy completely. We’re just not always noticing it, allowing it, or sharing it. So here’s your little experiment: 👇 Which one could you lean into today? Notice something good Allow yourself to feel it Share it with someone Thoughts? Does this idea resonate… or feel like a stretch? ✨

I have gotten better at noticing but need to lean into sharing more.
