Hi! I always go straight to usps. It’s their issue. Let buyer know you’ve been in contact w/your postmaster & they’re doing what they can to get her package back on track. I personally would not refund yet. It’s still in route. Just keep posting updates through messages. eBay sees them. No doubt..This is a frustrating situation!💆🏻‍♀️

Hi Tracey, I’m Jen ❤️ Oh gosh… I think I’m going to over share here but I’m going to voice my thoughts lol ! 🙈 I feel that there’s a bit of psychology behind this inquiry … my simple answer is I have one account for buying and selling. While I have only done a couple of “live”WN shows and it’s been a long time…I do buy/source all the time. I’m not sure if you’ll think I’m the best source for information but we all do have opinions, and I think all opinions matter. So with that in mind (I promise I’m not sassy if it sounds that way😅🤪), I also have thought a lot about what you’re asking.. and curious of people’s thoughts as well. I’m not big on “keeping secrets/gatekeeping”..however…. when it comes to buying/selling..& creating business relationships within a forum; I have discovered over time, people can be emotional regarding their personal space/belongings and can be easily offended when a “competitor” gets a good price on their goods. …Not always, but it does happen. I mean, we are emotional humans, and this is a game to some people. There are also those people who will study you…stalk you, watch your buying habits and literally bid against you because they know what you’ll pay, or they have a particular disinterest in you..or even that competitive edge to win. On the flipside, you get to know & like people, find things in common and “RAID”s are very helpful to bring new buyers into your live stream. Buying/selling under one account name is very helpful in that regard!! Plus, you make friends & build trust & can help each other out. I feel like staying consistent helps build character. #oversharing is caring? 🤔🙈 Anyway…you do you…those are just some of my thoughts on the topic. ❤️
