I have a customer requesting a refund because they haven’t received the package yet. She’s in CA and tracking shows it made it to CA distribution center but USPS sent then sent it to TN! It’s moving again and may end up going to her eventually but should I honor the refund now?

To be successful in jewelry resale, you have to push yourself to source/find what is worth money vs what your eyes are drawn to or simply what you like...
