I need help...
I have tried multiple ways to update my website to change the look and add more value to everyone so it is easier to use since i get alot of questions on "what is this", "what does it do", "how do i use it". I remade the entire website over the last month, the look is different, the feel is different, the forms are back, etc The most used part so far is the https://speedyhomes.co/buy-box page, and where i have the most people with the most issues. **So... i added a chat bot that will answer your questions about that page** Here is where i need help... if you ask it a question and it answers it wrong or says something stupid, screenshot it and send it to me. I have trained it for a week so its not likely there will be an issue, but it isnt far fetched. You can click the chat bot icon, the blue headphone button, and you can open it, or you can drag it wherever you want and it will permanently stay there for you. If there are any issues, lmk, thanks

What’s the one thing you wish you knew before closing your first wholesale deal?
For me, I wish I knew not to be afraid of locking up a deal. In the beginning I hesitated because I wasn’t 100% sure on my numbers or if I could even pull it off. What I’ve learned is if you’ve got a solid contract and the right title company, you’re not really locked in the way you think — most of the time you’re not even putting up earnest money. Bottom line: if it feels like a decent deal, lock it up and figure it out along the way. That’s how you learn. What’s everyone’s thing?

Pre Foreclosure
Hello everyone, how do you deal with an issue of a property that has 3 weeks to foreclosure but can't get hold of the owner? The ARV shows that it's a good deal!

I recommend you talk to zach or Rick today on whop 8pmEst, also 3 weeks away from foreclosure is not enough time. According to what rick and zach say on the course. you want minimum 90 days or more. The more the better. And to get a hold of the owner, in my opinion since they get hammered with calls i would send a letter to them, Door knock or just try everything calling, texting and emailing. BUT I am no expert my best advice is talk to rick or zach🫡
