After getting my first wholesale deal done a few months ago, I just went under contract on my first sub-to transaction! The sellers used a realtor previously who couldn't get the job done. I stepped in, explained creative financing to them and found the right buyer who presented a sub-to offer. The terms worked for the sellers and they are thrilled to finally make their move to their next destination. Couldn't have done it without Aidelys, Kevin and this community! Lets get it SML!

Wholesaling was something I never considered getting into. I thought it was one of those activities that was very risky and that you had to put a lot of money into. As a licensed agent, I also thought it was something I wasn't allowed to do! After meeting Aidelys and hearing her experience, she inspired me to join the SML community. Thank god I did! The resources in this community helped me learn the game quickly. I did the courses, showed up on the Friday calls, and was able to bounce my thoughts of both Kevin and Aidelys. If I hadn't joined this community, I wouldn't have been aware of any wholesale opportunities that came my way. A very important part of making money is our money mindset. Some have money but still don't feel secure others don't have enough and can't seem to ever be able to make more. When it comes to money evaluating our current relationship with money and our mindset about money is crucial to determining wether we will reach the financial goals we want. Here are some important lessons I have learned about money and some great resources to help you get control of your finances and fix your relationship with money. ➡️Money has no real meaning but the one we assign to it, it does not define our self worth, it does not say anything about who we are as humans and people, don't make the mistake of making how much money you have become your worth ➡️What we focus on we get more of, if you focus on the lack of money, the need, the fact that you don't have enough you will attract more scarcity more need and will move in a frequency of lack instead of abundance ➡️Do you have a scarcity or abundance mindset? This will define your daily actions, if you believe that there is an abundance of money or opportunities your actions will reflect that, you won't get as easily discouraged when you lose a deal because you know there are plenty of opportunites out there, you will negotiate with confidence knowing that if this deal doesn't work out you will find plenty more ➡️Managing your finances and tracking your expenses both personal expenses and business expenses is crucial because it's important to know where your money is going and that can help you make better decisions and to come up with a plan around paying down debt, saving and investing Here are some great tools and books that have helped me in my money journey: Apps for tracking expenses: Rocket Money - (great for tracking personal expenses, and budgeting) Quickbooks- (great for managing business expenses) Savings Ally bank- High interest savings account ( allows you to grow your savings, create savings buckets to plan, can automate your savings monthly)
