We also serve it in our converted horse box coffee trailer which is parked up at our local football club full time. I'm fully caffeinated and ready for the day!

What is your biggest head ache about running your cafe / coffee shop? If there was one thing you could totally solve and never worry about again what would that be?

Sometimes, as I snug a paper filter into my V60, a tiny pang of guilt creeps in—am I secretly adding to environmental woes by using paper filters? I try to save the spent coffee grounds to use as fertilizer.. is this enough to make a contribution in the circular economy in coffee? or am I just caffeinating my conscience?
