Wholesale and full time job
How do you full time workers manage to still wholesale affectively? I work a mental and physical full time job 7am to 6pm Monday-Thursdays and I just don’t know how to manage the cold calling numbers it takes to get a deal. I am wondering about doing some automation but am not sure what is the most benefit for your buck. Any advice out there to help me get more done?

I am in Arizona also. I have had people recommend pioneer title and ROC title to me but you would have to call them and ask if they specifically handle what you need and see what their fee schedule is.

XLeads Upload
Every time I try to upload a CSV file onto xleads it says An error occurred while uploading leads. Please check your columns and data format. I'm not sure what to do. I deleted every column except for the address column

I as well had this problem got it to work by extracting the data into a new excel sheet and it worked well after that but it another step to do.
