Flow #2: Fluid, Floaty, and Bouncy (Under Construction 🚧 )
This was a fun flow to create — tried to find ways to be more like water, less sticky on the floor, and floaty. It’s not exactly the way I want it and I plan to perfect it some more, but intentionally creating flows is so much fun!

Aye I love it! Looks very smooth and is always fun just moving through space Do you think you could connect the dive kong into a flow line? I feel like dive konging the table on the right could set you up in front of that second table pretty well!
1 Hit List Move ✅😭, 1 More to Go
A move I was aiming to hit within 2-3 months — dive longing over a 7’2” table. Took a lot of building up to it, but I finally committed and cleared it! The hardest battle was the psychological battle tbh. After dedicated practice, I knew I could physically hit it, but hey, well worth the wait. Would love to see how others’ hit list is going! Video #2: Successful Attempt Video #1: Bloopers 😅

AYEEEE. LETSSS GOOOO 🔥🔥🔥 Smashed it man! Great job! When you prepare as much as you have it often is more mental than physical! Love how you dealt with that by building up, a really great strategy and then smashed it when you committed! Amazing to see! 🔥🔥🔥🎉🎉🎉

@Joshua Abrego yeah it’s definitely a process but good job on getting it done! Thanks man, it’s going a bit slow at the moment 😂
Showreel - Level 1 - Nate Morrell
Reflecting from when you started how does it feel to have levelled up? I have really enjoyed learning the skills of Parkour. It has been good fun and a challenge. I am really excited about going to the next level to learn new skills. I’m really excited to start learning backflips. During the hardest part of your training what challenges hit you the hardest and how did you push through? When I learn a new trick I try to build up to it by breaking it down into basic movements, once I get the hang of it I try to make it harder like by learning straddle vault then doing it one handed. Doing the rail balance was the hardest part of training but I pushed through by practicing, asking for advice from my coaches and trying to balance for a couple of seconds longer each time. My goal is to learn new skills so I made sure I set my mind on levelling up and that helped me push through. Imagine you are a coach. Give advice for all those starting parkour for the first time. What would be one wisdom you will share with them? Keep your mind on it and focus on what’s happening and try your best to do it listen to your coach and remember your goals.

Session 14 + extras
Came back indoors thanks to good old Scottish weather for most of my training this week 🌧️ I’m definitely feeling a lot more comfortable making jumps at height, these have been 7-8ft gaps. Once I start getting past the fear of being up high I started adding in different entries and exits which made me think far less about the jump itself. Really surprised myself in the second clip with how my climb ups are on the red boxes. I took 2-3 weeks off because I was experiencing pins and needles in my palms and forearms. They felt so comfortable and you can hear how surprised I was. Side flips have frustrated me a lot so I haven’t really worked on them. Landed poorly and felt a pain up my left shin but it went away after 5 or so minutes. Palm spins are much nicer so I spent more time getting them without a mat and on grass but still nervous to take it to a flat wall.

YESSSSS GO ON! 🔥🔥🔥 Looking so good, doing 180 Pres at height is amazing! Love the little line and jumps at height, looking super clean even when the equipment is moving! Drop arm jumps are looking good and they’re not easy! Plus the jump with the twist is super scary at that height so good job getting that as clean as you did! Once you are comfortable without the mat you’ll also be able to do some 180s between the walls. There’s a lot of cool combos you can do with this setup. As you said climb ups looking really good too especially since you had the mat in the way and had to adjust your leg drive! Can’t wait to get climb ups like yours 🔥🔥🔥 Palm spins are looking super clean, love the little combo with them! They can be a lovely little style move! Shame about the side flips! How is the shin feeling now? All good? Same with the ankle and knee?
