Great topic. Sorry I missed the call, because for me a productive morning routine actually starts the previous day…..with a great night’s sleep. Otherwise I just don’t function the same.

Just one of those days
I had one of "those" days today. Had a meeting that I was excited about cancelled at the last minute. Went for a run, and while I made it farther than last time, I'm still dealing with a calf muscle issue. VERY annoying. Weird stomach issues around dinner. I don't know what's going on, but I'm taking it as a sign to sleep early and flush this day down the drain! Bring on tomorrow!

I’ve also been dealing with a shoulder pain over the past 2 months…..definitely snnoying as hell. Just won’t go away!
