Hey everyone ! Super stoked to share this, and grateful for all who came today - and grateful for those who are out there living their lives ! You're all valued and important 🥰😊😇 Yeah, so here is a recording of the first 30 minutes - I do a recap of the concepts that I think are really crucial for you to know before you start stimulating your Vagus Nerve - What is it, how it functions, why is it helpful to even stimulate it at all, we cover a lot of important ground.
