Can't Connect. MacBookPro to ReMarkable Move
Hey, I've tried everything. Can't connect. In MacOS Network, I can see the tablet, but the two won't connect. Been bouncing emails back and forth with support, but we haven't gotten anywhere. Tablet is in Developer Mode and SSH over WLAN is enabled.

When you connect the tablet via USB, it sets up a special connection using an address like 10.11.99.1 — this allows the app to talk directly to the tablet. But sometimes, if your home Wi-Fi network is already using a similar address (like 10.0.x.x), your Mac can get confused about where to send the connection — and the tablet becomes unreachable. Here’s how to fix it: ✅ Quick steps to try: 1. Unplug the tablet. 2. Turn off your Mac’s Wi-Fi temporarily. (This helps avoid confusion between the two networks.) 3. Plug the tablet directly into the Mac’s USB port (not through a hub, if possible). 4. On the tablet, go to Settings → Storage and make sure “USB web interface” is turned ON. 5. You should now see something like: Now open the Binder app and try again. With Wi-Fi off and the tablet connected directly, your Mac should be able to see the tablet correctly.

ok now use the same ip address in the connect screen: 10.11.99.1 just make sure your usb is connected and your tablet is not asleep
Newbie help
Hi -- my worklap top (PC) won't allow me to use the Binder app. I've tried now to open it on my personal Macbook but I'm getting an error message: "Binder" not opened -- Apple could not verify "Binder" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy" -- anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this?

Step-by-step instructions 1. Click Done on the alert window that appears when you try to open the app. 2. Choose Apple menu > System Settings. 3. Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. 4. Scroll down to the Security section. 5. Click the Open Anyway button next to the message about the blocked app.
Syncing iCloud Calendars
I have a couple of iCloud calendars that I am trying to sync. I was able add and sync one but not my main calendar. I continue to get an error when I click on Check Feed. I have updated the CalSync software and changed the link from webcal:// to https://. Any help would be greatly apprecited.

this is an issue with a special character in one of your meetings. I believe does this happen with your other calendars?

ok so it is most likely that you have some sort of special character that is breaking the ical format. However, based on this we may try to sanitize the meeting subscription before applying them to the calendar. Can you paste the message here so we can use it for testing. Not the image but the actual message error text.
Connecting trouble
Hello, i just purchased app and try to connect my reMarkable 2 to my Mac Book Pro. While it is indicated that they are connected, when i try to access planners, it says that connection is timed out, try again. I try to reconnect, but same issue appears. I would appreciate any useful advice, thank you!

so the apple usb-c to usb-c wont work as that is a charging cable ....is it white? not a problem :)

yes the white one is a charging cable i know for a fact that one wont work. A couple issues -- not earthshaking
Hey there. I'm loving the ability to add templates to my rM2 (an ability that should have been part of the software to begin with), but have run into a couple of problems with Ep Binder Cloud. The first problem is that the notebook tab in EpB doesn't work for me. All it has ever shown me is "No connection detected". I did this screen cap right after uploading some templates, so I know it was connected (also, you can see the green light on the left hand side). The second problem is that once a template has been uploaded, I am unable to delete them. There is clearly some kind of logic there, I just haven't spent the time trying to figure out the circumstances exactly. In the image, the first two templates were just added. The next one was done a few days ago, and the others at various times. Anyway, I know you're busy trying to figure out the next template creation stuff, but when you get a chance, could you take a look? I'm using rM2 software v 3.24.0.64, connected to a Windows 11 PC. I'm more than happy to provide any other information, or to try things out.

yes thank you so much for the screenshot it really helps. If you get the No Connection detected on the notebook screen that means you have not enabled the USB web interface switch in your tablets settings. We use this to transfer everything via usb and do the pdf conversion on your notebooks.
