I'm brand new to the whole Real Estate game and never thought that i would ever go further than buying my own home. Congratulations everyone! To eliminate scammers and another fluff in here, we have gone ahead and changed this to $1 per month for all new members. Because you are already here, congratulations. You get this for free. Forever. To everyone else, it's a dollar a month. This should allow us to continue to grow the community while also significantly increasing the intentionality of every single one of the members. While a dollar isn't world-changing to anyone here, it's usually a barrier for the people who are trying to mass join communities to try to sell stuff.

It's a girl. She hasn't paid rent yet, but it looks like the eviction process is going to take a few more months. Drafting up the eviction papers for October 18. Apparently, part of this process includes another 18 years of free rent at my house..... Additionally, I also incur a pretty hefty bill for a wedding if some guy comes around offering her new housing when she's all grown up..... As landlord-tenant rules go she is getting a pretty sweet deal. In all seriousness, Danni and I could not be more excited. Getting a boy and a girl back to back is such a huge blessing. Christian
