Dropping our entire Power Class we ran for our fighters yesterday. Mainly with slam ball. Can copy and paste the drills in to your next class or session!

So this is our little gym! 😁 We are non for profit boxing gym mainly youth at this stage but adding adult classes in october but running other classes to cover costs. I find the content on here super helpful. It also helps me coach the newbie coaches!
