Some of you have access to the Consolidata / Bizdom Bots AI calling. Some don't yet. So if you don't have access don't stress. It's in beta right now. From my testing, it works great when you have an inbound call campaign such as after hours for any kind of business to take calls from customers, handle small problems, or book appointments. That service along could easily scale to 10k/mo quickly. I'm going to train on how I'd do that if that was my goal. But where it's lacking is outbound calling. Currently you can upload a list of contacts and the AI caller will call all of them once. It won't follow up yet. You have to set up a second campaign. And that's not really helpful if you want to instantly call new leads as they come in. So for now, I'm going to say Consolidata / Bizdom Bots AI calling for instant lead calling and followup is pretty much not existant. And I know a lot of us have been waiting for that. I went out and did a bunch of research and found a solution that works for now. This one integrates with GHL / A+ through a webhook and sounds really good. It does outbound calling very well. It's 12:30am on Saturday morning and @Mike Ryan and I are up troubleshooting his bot. Yeah, we're sickos like that! Mike is frustrated as F. He's been working on his bot for hours and it's not responding how it's supposed to. So I jumped in to help him out. And it worked for me right away. Why? We don't know yet but hopefully it's a setting on his end. I'm sharing this because this is the life of this stuff. Once you get obsessed with this and you see the vision of how it can change your life you stay up all night making bots that you KNOW will change the game for yourself and your clients. So you obsess over getting them to work and before you know it six hours slipped by. I've been doing this since last September. I thought once I got "good enough" it would end. But it still hasn't. Why? Because something changes every day. Chat GPT 4o, Consolidata updates, GHL changes. You name it, it will change at some point. So give yourself some grace. We always figure it out and you will too!

Hey @Russ Ward. Thanks again for the call today. It was very helpful. The billing issue is fixed. My cost using ChatGPT 4 Turbo came down about 60% and then another 50% using ChatGPT 4o. As soon as I switched to 4o custom field data stopped being passed to GHL. Any ideas? Nothing in the prompt was changed.
