Tea & Constellations โœจ
I didnโ€™t expect to end up on a Friday night call, but Iโ€™m really glad I joined. Thanks @Jake Van Clief for putting the session on. We spoke to @Joseph Fioramonti about Constellations, not stars in the sky, but dots on a screen. What I love about the idea is how simple the interaction is, people just place dots. However it captures something interesting: human intuition at scale. It feels like a really elegant example of using AI for what itโ€™s actually great at: pattern recognition. Instead of asking AI to interpret everything itself, you let humans provide the signal and then use AI to find the patterns across that data. That balance between human input and machine analysis is fascinating. I imagine something like this being powerful during company rebrands or culture shifts, where employees contribute signals about what feels โ€œtrueโ€ to the company and what doesnโ€™t. The AI layer could then reveal patterns leadership might never see through traditional surveys or workshops. What would happen if you ran the same exercise across two different enterprise companies with strong brand identities? Would the patterns cluster differently depending on culture, industry, or internal values? Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for sharing it tonight. Its a really interesting idea that showcases putting the right skill sets on the right part of the tasks!

Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

Hello ๐Ÿ˜Š i work in saas customer success helping companies add AI into their customer experience, I've pretty much done all roles in revenue side of the business but have 0 tech side things... I've always wanted to have my own business but not had the ability to make the tech side real enough to move forward. So I'm trying to get better at all the AI/dev bits so that I can change my role a little in work but also have something launched on the side and hopefully transition to self employed. Instagram videos with useful bits I been thinking but no idea about or how to solve aha. Trying to figure out how build something actually solid, I see so much vibe coded crap. I want to try and learn how Devs work and think so I can apply that to what I build ๐Ÿ˜Š

@Matthew Creamer thanks, nice to meet you! CS, Sales and Marketing background is definitely a strength i know. Glad to have AI at a point it can be the tech side I need. 2026 really feels different :)

I know a lot of you found this community through those posts, so thank you for being here. Here's the thing worth talking about: I didn't hire a team to get there. Most of that content runs through a production system I built with AI that lets one person do the work of 4 to 6 specialists. What used to take 8 to 12 weeks of production now takes 1 to 2. I'm going to start sharing some of the actual methods I use. The real ones, not "use ChatGPT to write captions." I'm talking about the 20% of the workflow that drives 80% of the output. Routing architecture, content batching, how to build a system where AI handles the repetitive parts and you stay focused on the parts that actually need a human brain. A few of you have asked about the AI animation side of things, and I'll keep covering that. But I'm curious: would you also want to see how the full content system works? The strategy layer. How to build an attention engine that runs consistently without burning out or hiring a whole production team? Drop a comment if that's something you'd use. I'll build around what you actually need.

See the full content system, how that can have different use cases? Then yeah how to get started building
