Read this if you're burnt out...
I've been thinking a lot about burnout lately because, quite frankly, I have been experiencing it. There are a lot of signs of burnout, but here are some of the sleeper ones you might not realize as a high-functioning woman: 1. You sleep doesn't feel like its helping at all (still sooo tired to matter what) 2. What normally takes you 30 mins at work, now takes you 1-2 hours of brain power (your brain is literally not functioning as well) 3. Small tasks literally FREEZE you...like doing dishes, leaving trash in your car, or laundry...aka your tolerance for stress or normal tasks is soooo low its infuriating. 4. You want to retreat/zone out....Like come home, stare at a wall, or drive in the car with no music or sounds....yeah you're in overdrive and your brain is trying to escape. 5. You forget to breathe....you find yourself holding your breath and tension...let's release. I know it might feel scary to see these signs...but This is why I wanted to create this group and why I'm doing my course. It does not have to be this way. Good morning muscle mommies! I am attaching a sample weekly meal plan guide for y'all. It outlines what it would look like to hit a common calorie and macro goal (without having to track)- and make sure you get at least 120g of protein and stay under 70g of fat (key for leaning out) Get some meal ideas and hopefully you can be inspired!
