6x - 13hr Days back to back and I’ve never Flourished more.
My dad has told me my whole life: “The more you do, the more you can do.” When it comes to being a creator, there’s nothing more true. We dilute ourselves often — over-protecting our energy, minimizing our output, and trying to figure out how we can do less, not more. There can be benefit to this in certain circumstances. But for the most part, we were born to create. And when we’re not actively creating — working on projects, giving gifts, participating in community — we’re not really happy. Even the most introverted of us. Dave, owner of the Istana and our business partner — the one who hosts the meditation Truth Talks with Leo said to me in a meeting one day: “Justice, do you know what the Blue Zones are?” I said yes. He said, “Do you know what makes up a Blue Zone — what the most important aspects are?” I said, “Yeah… clean air, nutrient-dense soil and food, super clean water, good air quality…” And then I drew a blank. He said, “Yes — all of those are great. And all of them are irrelevant compared to the one you missed.” Community. The Japanese have a principle called ikigai. Ikigai literally means: “the reason you get up in the morning” or “that which makes life worth living.” Or purpose. And all science shows that when human beings lose purpose, they stop working, stop moving, stop participating — and they die. They wither away. We have to find things to be doing, to be creating, to be working on. We flourish the most when we’re creating. So ask yourself: What are you not allowing yourself to create right now? What story might you be telling yourself about why you don’t have the energy, the time, or the resources to do it? How much are you diluting yourself into thinking you can’t do the thing — when really, you can? This is my reflection for today :) Go create. Go work on your passions. Go out and dance. Be in community. Find a way to give your gifts to the world. I promise, happiness will follow. Peace and Love, Justice

As a woman this 100% depends where I’m at in my cycle ahaha🤪🤍
Men & Self Pleasure
I hope this post won’t land weirdly, it’s coming from a place of curiosity as I am merging where I’m at in my life and spirituality with dating. I would really love to have some open honest conversations with men in the community, around self pleasure, p*rn, semen retention and your views & beliefs. So if you’re a man and you have anything to say on this please drop me a message or leave a comment. Would really appreciate hearing from men, as I sound out my own feelings & beliefs around this. @Arnout Raskin truthfully I see it as stepping away from god, away from inner union, away from union with a partner if you have one, and I see it as poor self control- particularly if unable to go a few weeks without etc However taking into account what some men have said about the physical discomfort I find it interesting and wonder if there are men who have gone longer and if they experienced discomfort or not, and if they did how did they ease it etc, and ultimately I’m not a man so!
Sweet reflections + I want your feedback...
Happy days fam. Feeling very blessed after yesterdays Meditation & Truth Talk... This was our first time ever hosting a LIVE COMMUNITY EVENT. Last year I got to experience the power of community in person during my first retreat hosted in the mountains of Norway (where I grew up), and yesterday was the second time doing something similar... It was very spontaneous, yet we had 35 of you tune in Online, and 20 people show up in person!! Crazy, did not expect this. This is where we are going, more community gatherings, online and offline. Soon we will be hosting weekly events here in Bali, and you are all invited of course and we want you to come. FEEDBACK: What proved a bit of a challenge was the balance between doing a live community gathering while also at the same time hosting this on Zoom live. I know the audio on zoom was not great, we are fixing this for next time, and also... it felt like everyone who joined us on zoom got the backseat in this experience. You guys felt less integrated into the experience, and it's something I want to make sure we account for in the future. So with all that said, if you joined us in person or online, what can we do to improve? The goal of all our community gatherings is to BREAK THE SOUND BARRIER and create deep transformation, even if it is just 60 minutes on zoom, I've seen transformation happen in less time. So drop your loving and harsh feedback below. We just want the truth, that is all. Blessings.

@Juliana Lee-Gardiner yeah second that about someone participating as a zoom audience representative.

Was a lovely experience, apart from audio volume, there was at times some echoey audio too, mainly from the freestanding microphones not the ones on the tables. Would be next level cool if you were able to have a camera on the audience members who were speaking while they were speaking too, maybe that’s a bit too high tech for now idk😉 On a personal note I picked up on a somewhat aggressive energy from the other guy at times which was… interesting… I think there’s an art to being direct in delivery and still kind with it, something I’m trying to work on so was super useful to see it how it looks from an onlookers perspective. An idea for future ones, is if nothing comes to Leo for conversation, put it to the zoom audience (to involve them more) to drop a short comment, then the zoom representative tell Leo a few comments and he choose one that resonates the most and starts speaking about. Great work guys👏🏼
Meet Your Community Facilitators
I’m honored to introduce the incredible facilitators holding space within the community. Each one carries a unique story, medicine, and devotion to this revolution we are building together. 🌕 @Reece Stevenson Reece has been devoted to meditation for over 15 years and the path of self-discovery even longer. From a young age, he explored spirituality and energy, which he used to his advantage in business in his early 20s. We're talking turning over millions of dollars at 21 years old and in his mid 20s he renunciated his wealth and spent the next 6 years in deep meditation. You are now witnessing Reece coming out these long years of silence, and diving head first back into the material world. Fun fact, Reece is the biggest ball of energy you have ever witnessed. Guaranteed. This man is hilarious. Spaces: Full Moon Transmissions & Men’s Circles 🦁 @Leo Armaad Leo once built a seven-figure business, only to walk away and devote his life to God. This brother has been through hell and beyond with his health, at one point being a scrappy 40kg... He's been on the edge and come back. His journey reflects courage seen by few. Me and Leo go back to 2016 when we first met as youngsters in the world of online business. Today, he guides others to pierce through illusion of the mind and embody their deepest truth. Leo will bring the fire. Be ready. Spaces: Truth Talks & Guided Meditations 🕊️ @Justice Calabro Once a five-time racing champion, Justice traded competition for a life of service and awakening. His fire now burns not for trophies, but to ignite courage, clarity, and compassion in those he serves. Through his voice, he helps others rise into authenticity and live their most virtuous expression. This brother joined the New Earth University program 1,5 years ago and went all in building his brand. In that time his life has completely changed, now being an integral part of the team, currently living with us in Bali.

What a gorgeous team🫶🏻
We are looking for land... (help?) 🌄🌱🌏
For the past 5 years I've been dreaming about building an off grid sanctuary of sovereignty, a hub where leaders and revolutionaries can come together and be productive as fuck, while living and breathing peace. Well... I'm at the stage now in my journey where this reality is coming closer and closer to manifesting, and I am officially, with my team, looking for land to lock off this project. We've scouted a few countries already... Now we find ourselves in Bali, and the hunt continues. I am sharing this because I see this as something we create together. A true New Earth civilization exists in community, with the people coming together. Many of you in this community also have a lot of expertise and experience already, so please share below. I'm very new to this world and have loads to learn! Also, where should we buy land? Where would you recommend? Comment below!! Big love, The Future is Coming.

@Meg Bee that’s what I thought… needs to be a place where homeschooling is easy going and legal.
