If you want to go slow... do it by yourself!! If you want to go fast and do it the right way, hire the pros!!!! How many of you agree?

Like many of you, probably, I watched Alex Hormozi's book launch over the weekend. And I had a big revelation. Me and Alex have similar beginnings, the fitness industry. However, he was focusing on how to grow a business, I focused on how to be the best trainer/coach. Fast forward to today, he is obviously doing amazing because his model of success was to grow that way. Me on the other hand, I became an amazing trainer but no way to replicate myself. My model was not set up properly. Long story short, my point is that make sure that as we grow in this group, and in our businesses, make sure that we don't specialize in the "wrong" model because it might have a bottle neck. Anyway, thanks for reading, I just wanted to share.
