Intro
Hello everyone. Quick intro, my name is Jae and I've launched an advertising agency (WCycles Media) that primarily provides programmatic advertising services. Right now I'm focused on driving revenue for clients via gift card sales. If you want to learn about programmatic advertising at all, feel free to reach out! Overall I'm trying to start landing clients. I’m currently looking to serve programmatic ads for spas who sell gift cards. I just launched an offer where I'm looking to prove my strategies work to clients ahead of locking them in as customers long term by investing my own dollars and time into their campaign ($500-$1,500). My current challenges are offer creation(making it more exciting/attention worthy), landing page creation and securing testimonials for my independent work. I’ve worked with some pretty large brands over the years, but wasn't saving all of the praise I've received. Running these risk free campaigns aims to solve that. I’m starting from scratch in a sense. I’m excited to learn and contribute.

I’m usually an extreme introvert and don’t like putting myself out there, so this post is beyond my comfort zone, but I’m thankful for this community. I often overthink and overthinking stops my progress. So I need everyone’s help, How has everyone’s experience been and any advice you have for a newbie?
From zero sales to too many orders
I never imagined I’d get to the point where “too many orders” was a real problem. But here I am, pacing my sales so my suppliers can keep up. It didn’t happen because of luck or a magic product, it happened because I learned there’s a process for turning a slow store into a busy one. It starts with choosing products for a reason, not just because they look nice. Then you build pages that make people want to click “buy,” and you run ads that speak directly to the people who are already looking for what you offer. The beauty is that it doesn’t take endless hours or complicated tricks, just the right steps in the right order. When you focus on purpose-driven products, conversion-focused pages, and ads with a clear message, sales stop being a struggle. You go from wondering where the customers are to figuring out how to serve all the ones who show up. If you stick to the process, growth becomes inevitable.
