Hand fighting
The hand fighting not only helped me in jiu jitsu but its also effective during wrestling sessions it makes me more unpredictable cuz all of switch push pull movements

@Andreus Bond i mean controling the neck and pace my sparring partner like 80% of time give opening sometimes for single leg or he choose loose shot
