Guys urgent please, Ive just cold called one woman that needs to sell her brothers house as-is asap but since english is not my first language + southern accent (that tends to be a little different) i unfortunately didnt fully understand what she was saying Can someone please help me! am of course willing to split the deal accordingly thanks!

This is my first time I just had an owner agree to selling and it is in Detroit First question is...what is a good title company in Detroit? Second...Can they find the legal description for the property? Is this all I need for now? TIA 🙏

Which list stacking are you finding the most motivated sellers

Did one of my first D4D and RD4D. Code violations and some that I saw along the way. This guy called me and said what you would think - you put a note on my door. I proceeded to ask if he was interested in selling his property. He said no and then went into a tirade of foul language and accused me of trespassing. I assured him I followed a path to the door (as I know I always do) and meant no offensive. He went on and and on. I apologized for his troubles and eventually had to hang up on him. All he was going to do was keep yelling at me. Then he sent this text. I’m assuming I ignore it but would like some feedback from more experienced folks.

Doing this will LITERALLY melt your eyeballs lol I'll be back tomorrow to finish up! It shall be a weekly endeavor...doing the things most will not do!
