Considering charging an electrician in SC $2999 + $899/ mo for website build + Voice AI + chatbot + SEO Would you absorb phone + AI usage costs with the unlimited AI agent in GHL or pass it through on a package like this? The prospect is said its between me and a solid competitor. He sent me his loom pitch lol he liked mine a bit more but his pricing is 1200/mo for just website + SEO. He wasnt a fan of the 1200/mo pricing starting out since he's only been open for less than 2 years. I was thinking maybe unlimited AI agent and then passing phone usage onto customer however I would love feedback from the community on this.

Hi guys, good weekends I hope. Well, a great start to the week here 🤩 Just secured a project to develop a website and a community hub for one of my existing customers. I'll be building it out in HL and integrating conversational AI, automations, newsletters - and a couple of other 'bells and whistles'.

I was just playing with some very simple revenue projections in a Google Sheet, following @Jeff Lopez pricing model of $3,000 setup and $1,000/mo recurring for AI Voice or Chat. The amount of revenue you can generate from this business is staggering if you're willing to put in the work prospecting for new customers. This is just a simple revenue projection, with no costs included, no lost customers, and acquiring 1 new customer per week consistently. Can you see yourself getting 1 new customer per week? The British dude that Jeff interviewed a few weeks ago certainly showed how "simple" it is. Simple, not necessarily easy. You just have to put in the work. Sales is a numbers game. Zig Ziglar said "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want." I know Jeff and @Charles Guerra don't like to discuss how much money you can make (unlike other "GURUs" out there). but I just felt like sharing this after I did this simple sheet. And this is, by NO MEANS, a guarantee of any sort of income, but I just want to show the potential of this business. Remember my post the other day, that 88% of US businesses have implemented some sort of AI in their business but haven't truly integrated it with their business. We are the new 49ers, fam. Day 2 update… The cold caller just booked 7 appointments for tomorrow 🤯 Yeah — cold calling is definitely the move. They’re dialing about 1,000 calls per day and having roughly 40 real conversations. Light takeaway: This isn’t about being smooth or clever, It’s about doing the boring thing consistently while everyone else looks for shortcuts. Still early, but this already feels like momentum. First AI voice sales call with an HVAC business here in the next 30 minutes. I used the "I built you something over the weekend" line and sent him over a quick demo and hooked him. Wish me luck!
