If it has an LS or LT Gen V in it, you’re in the right place. Post this first: - Vehicle (year/make/model) & engine/trans: - Swap stage (planning, parts, wiring, first start, driving): - Photo or video (optional but encouraged): Rules: - LS or LT builds only - No spam, no selling. No links unless they help someone fix a problem. - Ask real questions. Give real answers. Help others move their build forward. - Post photos or video when you can. Progress beats perfection. - Respect the builders here. Different budgets. Different goals. Same obsession. Get started by posting your build!

@Delbert Taylor mirror turbos look sick! but you pay for that look. Conventional, unless mirror will help with pipe routing and ease of install.
The Rebuild pt 10
Between last weekend and this one, I’ve caught up on most my lost progress from August. Engine and TKX are in with the help of the buddies who responded to my HALP call on Instagram. Then starting from the back with the driveshaft and moving forward I’ve been cleaning, bolting, torquing and often re-bolting but getting it all to fit right. I’m under an October 2 dead line to head out for the 2026 Northeast Rod Run, but trying not to cut corners and have a stress free run this year.

I would first check all coils, plug wires, spark plugs, and even coil harness plugs. I understand that any problems with those items would probably be more wide over the RPM range, but its worth a look. At first I was going to suggest a tighter plug gap, but .023 is already tight. are those plug iridium? If so, regapping could have damage them.
