Just wanted to pop on here to say hello! Ive missed you Ally and I've missed the friday evening sessions! It's been Good Friday, a cold I couldn't shake and now in April it's most of my family's birthdays - first birthday dinner is tonight. But I can't wait to watch the replays. Also today I had a massage client here who thanked me for my posts on sm - she's been going through the most - and it was such a reminder, you just don't know who's watching, so just to keep going and touching lives through consistency. I'm only now realizing all the valuable information that is available on this forum! Wow! Question re BOGOS. What do you propose to do during bogo-week. I don't have a huge following, only just started posting really and how does one product post per week (or after every 3rd post) align with bogo week? Would you suggest to do one teaching, like a live video (or would this be more suitable once you have more influence). So for attraction marketing, do I rather do a short post and a cta inviting them to a educational information session? Bogo week in SA starts this coming week

For those of you on Open Coaching today when I got the phone call, here’s an update on my daughter Jojo. Yes, she has a concussion and yes, it’s totally manageable. I want to talk about something I’ve been noticing on our live calls. Some of you start your questions with: “I don’t want to take up too much time…” “Sorry, this might be a dumb question…” “I’ll be quick…” And I understand where that comes from. Many of us have been in spaces—work, family, school, even past programs—where it felt safer to stay small. Where asking too much, needing clarity, or taking time felt inconvenient or uncomfortable. I want you to hear this clearly: This is not that space. This isn’t the “Ally Show.” This is a learning environment. A coaching room. A community. When one person asks a question, it almost always unlocks clarity for someone else who didn’t realize they needed to ask it too. Questions don’t derail the Coaching call—they ARE the call. You never need to apologize for: • Wanting clarity • Thinking out loud • Asking the “one more thing” • Taking the time you need to actually understand Your kindness and generosity toward one another is one of the things that makes this community special—and that won’t change. But I also want this to be a place where you don’t feel like you have to shrink, rush, or minimize yourself to be respectful. You are allowed to take up space here. A LOT of it. You are allowed to receive support. You are allowed to get what you need. If something feels fuzzy—ask. If you’re stuck—say it out loud. If you need help—this is exactly what this space is for. You belong here. Your questions and experience REALLY matter. And you never need to apologize for taking up space in a room that was built with you in mind.
