I don’t know anything about the TurtleWax brand but Cerakote and Meguires are great alternatives to Headlight Magic.
Next live call
You’ll have our next live call before Christmas. I have noticed several ask about dealership work and so we will be covering that. Specifically, how to not only get them to say YES but how to most effectively structure it so that you don’t pull your hair out when it comes to getting paid It will be this Saturday December 13th at 8 PM Eastern time. These are typically between 30 and 60 minute calls and it’s not just me talking at you, I want as many people as possible to be engaged and ask questions. You are not aware, this call is available to every single person in this group on the live version. The premium members will have access to the recording so if you want that, just make sure you’re upgraded, and you will have access to the recordings. FYI- the group call will be in this group. So just make sure you are in this group page on Saturday and you’ll see the live call for you to join.

Can’t wait
Liquid Sandpaper
One of the reasons that I choose the headlight magic kit over the other options, is because of the liquid Sandpaper. It works so well! Today I restored this Toyota. The first picture is before, the second picture is after applying the liquid magic, and the third picture is after sanding and clear coat. I am amazed at how good the light looks just after using liquid sandpaper, even before sanding!

@Zac Barrientos at the beginning
complete beginner
Hello everyone, I'm a complete beginner when it comes to headlight restoration and I'm eager to learn! I've been watching some videos but feel a bit overwhelmed and don't know where the best place is to start. Should I be looking at the How To "guidebook"(PDF), starting with the 60 sec intro video, or perhaps investing in a specific kit like the Cerakote or Headlight magic kit? Any advice on the absolute first steps or what resources to prioritize would be greatly appreciated! Also I don't have that much money currently so how can I start with less starting money

@Dylan Sanabria hey the Cerakote kit is $17-$18 at Walmart or AutoZone. Andrew explained to me like this. Buy a kit, use that money to buy the next kit and put the remainder aside. When you have enough saved to purchase a Headlight Magic Kit you will know if you really want to do this; if then purchase that kit. Remember as well Amazon has the Step 1 and 3 in bulk kits for the Cerakote once you get going. However, after two sets I jumped in and bought a Headlight Magic Kit. Good Luck!!
