2-Part Question
I apologize for being “that person” but when in September will the other resources be accessible? Also, will the Studicata app be going away?

@Ashley Etienne I LOVE these books. I pretty much have one for each subject.
Offline video playback
Is it possible to watch/listen to the videos offline so I can utilize my hour commute to and from work everyday?
When to discuss certain issues in an MEE answer...
I have been listening to the MEE walkthrough regarding issues of false imprisonment and vicarious liability (Paul & Mom v. Funworld). Im confused by when the issue of vicarious liability is addressed. In the fact pattern the first call of the question is, Did Funworld falsely imprison Paul? In the Legal Problems of the Point Guide it asks, "Could a jury properly find that Employee falsely imprisoned Paul...". And even though the walkthrough video discusses vicarious liability in relation to the first issue, the MEE Explanation and Analysis Point Guide did not go into vicarious liability until the second call / Legal Problem. ("Funworld was negligent because Employee failed to take action..." / "Could a jury properly find that Funworld was negligent because Employee failed to take action...") Therefore, I'm confused why vicarious liability isn't addressed in the first call but is addressed in the second and when should I discuss certain issues in order to conserve my time in writing out my MEE answer? Thanks in advance for any help! *I can try and post more from the fact pattern for more context if requested.

@Michael Bar Thank you for this! I see I mistakenly noted that VL was discussed in point two instead of point one and just one sentence in the analysis. Also, may I ask why didn't the bar examiners set out the definition of VL in the rule statement section if it is discussed in the analysis?
