last night for dinner i made the "sovereign mushroom shield soup" i didn't have bone broth or onion so i substituted bouillon and onion powder and it was amazing i think next time if i have to use bouillon i will use beef instead chicken bouillon. i should have steamed my cauliflower for longer than i did to get it better emulsified, id say the creaminess was just as creamy as Campbells mushroom soup that i usually use but its a nicer creaminess as it doesn't have a jelly kind of consistency and the nice size chunks of mushrooms were more appealing than than the tiny flakes you get in Campbells, my wife said she doesn't think she can go back to Campbells now that she's had this. the leftovers also didn't separate in the fridge like Campbells does.

i made the ice cream and used some spiced rum in it, it tasted amazing but i only used 1 1/2 tbsp i think next time i will try 2 tbsps of rum to add a little more flavor and to help with the scoopability straight out of the freezer because those few minutes of having to wait for it to be scoopable are the longest few minutes I've had to wait in a long time

Auditors, it’s time to look behind the curtain. The Matrix doesn't always hide in plain sight. It hides in the "Health Halos"—the products that look innocent or "natural" on the front, but contain Matrix Spies on the back. These spies are designed to keep your inflammation high and your hunger loops active. i found my organic sunflower seeds have high oleic sunflower seed oil as well as the actual sunflower seeds
