Bloating Isn’t a Mystery—It’s a Data Processing Error
We’ve all been there: you eat a "healthy" meal, and 20 minutes later, you feel like a balloon. In the industrial food system, we’re told to just pop an antacid or "eat more fiber." But from a Biological perspective, bloating is actually Biological Static. It’s the sound of your gut struggling to "decode" the information you just gave it.
