Yelling at the coaches?!? While they’re helping me? Is that one?!? I yelled out if I posture up she’s going to choke me on Sunday 🤣🤣🤣🤣 honestly last night I loved Leo’s roll he taught. I finally got the technique at the end.

Hardest part for me is to keep moving. I usually pause and let my partner settle and then I’m stuck, so I’m working to keep moving even if it’s it not the right technique, I’m doing something and moving and making it harder for them to submit me.
Favorite mount escapes?
I know it can be situational but what are your favorite techniques to escape mount?

Try to not be have someone in mount on me?!? 🤣🤣🤣 I HATE it. But I’m working to get better to use my hips to bump and shrimp out. I believe the Leo said last week he was going to have us work on that this coming Tuesday.
Drop weight
How do you guys drop weight in a healthy way? I’m currently 135 lbs, but I want to drop it to 125. I don’t want to do fasting cuz I like to eat. 😂

Desperate Kimura save… funny move
I had to write it down cuz it was too funny during the no gi class today. I was basically getting kimuraed in sensei Ian’s half guard. I was so desperate to not to be submitted, I intended to grab my gi, instantly I felt pain because I actually grabbed my own fat near the rib cage! I forgot it was the no gi class!!! I tapped to kimura submission and pain to my own fat… good job sensei Ian! 🤣
