I pray everybody gets some training in today before you start enjoying the rest of your weekend. Thereās nothing better than starting the day on the mats getting a little sweat in, sharpening your skills, and feeding that warrior spirit. Letās start the weekend off right by grinding your craft. Whether itās drilling, rolling, studying technique, or just showing up and putting the work in, every round matters. Progress in Jiu-Jitsu comes from consistency, not perfection. Your task by the end of the weekend: Come up with two goals you want to accomplish this upcoming week. Maybe itās: - Hitting a specific sweep or submission in live rolls - Training an extra day this week - Drilling a position you struggle with - Focusing on staying calm and controlling your breathing Whatever it is, write it down and commit to it.
