Upright rows have never felt good to me.
Supplements
Let’s dig into this at some point. Area where I’m basically guessing. What supplements are people routinely incorporating into their daily routine? Probably lots of branches on this tree.

I’m lazy and just add creatine to preworkout on lifting days. I really need to optimize here

@Sarah Oase I need all the help I can get there!
Mattress cooling systems?
I am being bombarded by ads from bed jet, Sleep 8, and chili pad. My question is does anyone actually use them? If so are they life changing? I sleep hot and notice I wake up earlier than my alarm if I overheat. Would love to hear other opinions!

@Carrie H that’s a really good point I hadn’t considered. I’ll check out the Ooler. Do you regularly have to change out the water and clean it?

I ended up buying one of those blankets that helps regulate heat. So far it’s working well at keeping me from overheating while not being cold.
What is Failure?
I want you all to define failure to me. This is a recurring conversation I'm having with clients and I want your input. I'll leave my thoughts below in the comments eventually but I want to see where you all are in your own thought process. It can be in regards to nutrition, training, rehab, anything....define failure, and conversely define success.

I was hoping we were talking about technical vs physical failure… I usually look at failures as opportunities for growth. If you fail at consistent macros or in my case fail at maintenance macros it’s an opportunity to reflect and succeed. I think the only true “failure” is giving up.
Food prep for trip
I have a 3 day gig in LA, it’s been a while since I actually packed food and didn’t have it delivered

I pack protein powder and stock up on yogurt, oats, apples and jerky when I travel.
